Your Dreamwork will be due 5 days before your design start date.
Step One
Pinterest Mood Board
You will create a mood board on Pinterest that will speak to your brand’s voice and style and will visually communicate the look and feel of your new website.
The images you select don’t have to be other websites, you can pin anything that speaks to your brand. This could be clothing styles, photography, art, logos, interior design, packaging, quotes, and any graphics or imagery that feels true to your brand.
Click the button below to see an example of a client’s Pinterest Mood Board.
Tps & Tricks
Feel free to pin as many images as you’d like! The more the merrier. Try to pin at least 15 to 20 pins. This will help give me a range of imagery that displays the look and feel that you’re loving!
Pinterest Board Done!
Once you’ve pinned your little heart out, and your pins visually depict your ideal brand, then please insert the link to your Pinterest mood board into the Questionnaire.
Step Two
Questionnaire
Grab a coffee and feel free to take your time filling out the questionnaire. Tell me everything about your ideal customer, your business goals and visions, and key info about your brand and website! This will help guide me in the right direction before I jump into the design.
Or you can fill it out in your Google Drive Folder
Step Three
Write Content
If your project is a website or magazine or anything that requires written content, then let’s get cracking and start writing some awesome copy!
Where to Write
You will write your content in our shared Google Doc file. This is the best way for us to stay organized and super easy to update with your edits! Make sure you, and someone else, proofread your copy.
Tips & Tricks
Less is more! People don’t have time to read every detail, so make sure that every sentence has intention. If your project is a website, stay away from long paragraphs and simplify your content. Also, ChatGPT can be your best friend while writing website content.
Direction & Details
As you’re writing content feel free to add instructions for me! If you want to add in a link, highlight a quote or want to tell me a specific direction. Ex. Learn More (Button with link: www.link.com)

Plan For Success
Come Preprared
I encourage you to come to the table with lots of ideas! Nothing gets me fired up more than a client who is passionate about what they are doing!
Be Timely
Prompt messages/feedback is appreciated! Since we are all on a schedule your quick response is expected. I know that these things take time to think through but please respond within 24 hours to review designs and proofs—even if it is to just say that you are still thinking. Knowing where you are really helps me manage your project.
Communication
To ensure that we make this project clean, clear and time efficient we will primarily communicate through a project management system, Asana. Using Asana is the best way for me to keep track of your revision feedback. If you would like to schedule a video call to discuss your project, please send me an email and we can arrange a time to chat.
Be Available
Please let me know if you will be taking any vacations during your project. If you think you are going to have limited internet access or will not have time to respond to design previews we may need to re-schedule your project.
